The Drive Oxygen Concentrator is a 10-liter concentrator built on the proven platform of the DeVilbiss 525, assembled in the USA in the same compact shell as the 5-liter unit. Capable of delivering 87% to 96% O2 purity from 2 to 10 LPM, the 1025 is compatible with cylinder transfill systems (transfill caddy sold separately). At 42 lbs. with the same footprint as the 525, it is substantially smaller and lighter than competitive 10-liter concentrators. The exclusive DeVilbiss OSD© (Oxygen Sensing Device) monitors oxygen output on every unit to ensure patient safety and longer service intervals.
Note: Accessories such as masks and cannulas are not included. The transfill caddy is sold separately.

Home oxygen patients who require flow rates up to 10 LPM and need a concentrator that is compact and lighter than standard 10-liter units will find the DeVilbiss 1025 a practical option that fits within the same footprint as a 5-liter concentrator. DME providers and home health agencies supplying oxygen therapy equipment will find the 1025's OSD safety monitoring, transfill compatibility, and compact design a clinically appropriate and operationally efficient choice for patients with higher oxygen flow requirements. Respiratory therapists and clinicians prescribing home oxygen for patients whose needs may vary between low and high flow rates will appreciate the 2 to 10 LPM range and consistent O2 purity output. Facilities and programs that use cylinder transfill systems to provide portable oxygen will find the 1025's transfill compatibility extends the utility of the concentrator beyond stationary home use.
What is the maximum flow rate of the DeVilbiss 1025?
The 1025 delivers up to 10 liters per minute (LPM) of oxygen, with O2 purity ranging from 87% to 96% across flow rates from 2 to 10 LPM.
What is the OSD (Oxygen Sensing Device)?
The OSD is an exclusive DeVilbiss feature that continuously monitors the oxygen concentration being produced by the concentrator. If oxygen output falls below safe levels, the OSD alerts the user. It is standard on every DeVilbiss 1025 unit and is designed to support patient safety and longer service intervals between maintenance.
Is the transfill caddy included?
No. The transfill caddy is sold separately. The caddy is designed with a steel frame and an 18 x 14 inch shelf that supports up to 40 lbs, and connects to the 1025 concentrator to enable cylinder transfill capability.
Are cannulas, masks, or other accessories included?
No. Accessories such as cannulas and masks are not included with the concentrator and must be sourced separately.
