Jobst Relief knee high compression stockings deliver accurate gradient 15-20 mmHg compression therapy at an affordable price. The 3D knit structure uses air-covered spandex yarn that is soft to the touch and comfortable for all-day wear. The closed toe design features a roomy toe box for additional comfort. Latex-free. 80% nylon, 20% spandex.
These knee high compression stockings are well suited for individuals experiencing mild to moderate venous insufficiency symptoms such as tired, aching legs, minor varicose veins, and minor ankle, leg, or foot swelling who need a comfortable, affordable graduated compression stocking for daily wear. They are a practical choice for individuals who stand or sit for extended periods during the workday — such as healthcare workers, retail employees, teachers, and office workers — who want to reduce leg fatigue and swelling associated with prolonged static posture. Individuals who have undergone sclerotherapy for varicose veins and have been advised to wear compression stockings during the post-procedure period will find the 15-20 mmHg compression level appropriate for post-sclerotherapy support. They are also appropriate for travelers on long flights or road trips who want to reduce the risk of leg swelling and deep vein thrombosis associated with prolonged sitting and reduced mobility during travel.
How do I know if Large is the right size?
Jobst Relief sizing is based on ankle circumference, calf circumference, and sometimes calf length. Measure your ankle at its narrowest point and your calf at its widest point, then compare to the Jobst Relief size chart. For knee highs, measure in the morning before swelling occurs for the most accurate fit. Contact us if you need help selecting the correct size.
How do I put on compression stockings?
Turn the stocking inside out down to the heel, place your foot into the toe and heel section, then gradually roll or pull the stocking up the leg, smoothing out any wrinkles as you go. Do not pull from the top band, as this can damage the stocking. A stocking donner or rubber gloves can make application easier, especially for individuals with limited hand strength or dexterity.
How do I care for these stockings?
Hand or machine wash with warm water and mild soap or detergent. Do not use chlorine bleach. Rinse with warm water and hang or lay flat to air dry. You may also tumble dry on low heat or the delicate setting. Using a mesh laundry bag during machine washing helps protect the stocking fibers and extend the life of the garment.
How long do compression stockings last?
With proper care, compression stockings typically maintain their therapeutic compression level for approximately 3 to 6 months of daily wear. Washing them regularly as directed helps preserve the elasticity of the spandex fibers. Replace when the stocking feels looser than usual or no longer provides the same level of support.
