Jobst Relief knee high compression stockings deliver accurate gradient 15-20 mmHg compression therapy at an affordable price without compromising effectiveness. The Large Full Calf size accommodates a wider calf circumference for a comfortable, secure fit. Reinforced heel and toe resist wear and tear for extended garment life. Closed toe design. Latex-free.
These knee high compression stockings are well suited for individuals with larger calf circumferences who have had difficulty finding a standard knee high compression stocking that fits comfortably without binding or rolling down, and need a full calf size that provides accurate graduated compression without constriction. They are a practical choice for individuals experiencing mild to moderate venous insufficiency symptoms such as tired, aching legs, minor varicose veins, and minor ankle and leg swelling who want an affordable, effective compression stocking for daily wear. Individuals who stand or sit for extended periods during the workday — such as healthcare workers, retail employees, and office workers — will find the 15-20 mmHg compression level appropriate for reducing leg fatigue and swelling associated with prolonged static posture. They are also appropriate for travelers on long flights or road trips who want to reduce the risk of leg swelling and discomfort associated with prolonged sitting and reduced mobility.
What is the difference between Large and Large Full Calf?
The Large Full Calf size is designed for individuals whose calf circumference exceeds the range of the standard Large size. If a standard Large stocking feels tight around the calf or rolls down due to calf width, the Full Calf size provides additional circumference in the calf panel for a more comfortable and secure fit while maintaining the same ankle and compression specifications.
How do I know if this is the right size?
Measure your ankle at its narrowest point and your calf at its widest point, then compare to the Jobst Relief size chart. Measure in the morning before swelling occurs for the most accurate fit. Contact us if you need help selecting the correct size or determining whether standard or full calf sizing is appropriate for you.
How do I put on compression stockings?
Turn the stocking inside out down to the heel, place your foot into the toe and heel section, then gradually roll or pull the stocking up the leg, smoothing out any wrinkles as you go. Do not pull from the top band. A stocking donner or rubber gloves can make application easier, especially for individuals with limited hand strength or dexterity.
How do I care for these stockings?
Hand or machine wash with warm water and mild soap or detergent. Do not use chlorine bleach. Hang or lay flat to air dry, or tumble dry on low heat or the delicate setting. Use a mesh laundry bag during machine washing to protect the stocking fibers and extend garment life.
