What is the difference between the standard cover and the Heavy Duty cover?
The standard covers are made from a textile fabric designed for everyday use and normal moisture exposure. The Heavy Duty covers use a fluid-resistant textile that provides enhanced protection against liquid penetration — making them the better choice for users with significant incontinence, high moisture exposure, or in clinical settings where the cover is laundered frequently and subjected to heavier use. Heavy Duty covers are currently available in 22"×18" (HD1210) and 22"×22" (HD1313).

How often should I replace my ROHO cushion cover?
ROHO recommends inspecting the cover regularly for signs of wear, thinning, pilling, or loss of fluid resistance (for Heavy Duty covers). A compromised cover no longer adequately protects the air cell cushion from moisture and soiling, which can degrade the cushion’s materials over time.
