Returns & Refund Policy


There are no returns on personal use items, anything opened and used. There is a 30-day return policy, on all unopened which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All merchandise returns are subject to a detailed inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted. A minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns less than 30 days. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. We will replace or repair defective items based on the manufacturer's policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


There are no returns on opened DNA kits (if seal of the envelope is broken) and contents opened and used/handled.

If the order is cancelled before the test kit has been shipped, the total amount will be refunded less an administration fee of $35. Once the test kit has been shipped, a 50% refund (buyer pays for shipping fees) will be issued provided that you return the unopened test kit to the laboratory

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
