Can I wash the entire pad?
Yes. The entire pad is machine washable, no separate cover is needed. Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and air dry or tumble dry on low. Disconnect the controller before washing.

How do I switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius?
Press and hold the Temp button for 2 to 3 seconds to toggle between °F and °C on the LCD display.

Does the pad turn off automatically?
Yes. The pad includes an auto-off timer with six settings from 15 to 120 minutes. Select your desired timer duration and the pad will shut off automatically when the time expires.
