Frequently Asked Questions

What is the benefit of an offset handle over a standard T-handle?
An offset handle positions your hand directly over the cane shaft, which transfers your body weight straight down through the cane. This reduces torque on the wrist and provides better balance and stability compared to a standard T-handle, which positions the hand behind the shaft and can increase wrist strain during use.

How do I adjust the height?
Press the one-button release, slide the shaft to the desired height between 30 and 39 inches, and lock in place with the locking ring. No tools are required. The correct cane height is typically set so your elbow is slightly bent (approximately 15 to 20 degrees) when holding the cane at your side.

What is the weight capacity?
This cane supports up to 300 lbs. Do not exceed the stated weight capacity.

Is the wrist strap removable?
The wrist strap is integrated into the cane handle. It is designed to keep the cane secured to your wrist if you need to briefly release your grip. Consult your physical therapist or occupational therapist for guidance on proper wrist strap use during ambulation.
