Turning a key shouldn’t require a struggle. The Hole-in-One Key Turner is an elegantly simple adaptive tool that gives people with arthritis, limited grip strength, or reduced hand mobility the leverage they need to turn keys with minimal effort. The uniquely shaped handle offers multiple grasping positions — through the hollow center or around the outside — so users can find the grip that works best for their hand. It holds one or two standard keys with a single screw, folds keys neatly toward the inner curved side, and includes an attachment point for a wrist strap, key ring, or key chain. A patented design that makes an everyday task genuinely easier.

Will this work with my car key?
The Hole-in-One Key Turner is compatible with most standard car keys that do not have a large plastic head or remote fob attached. Keys with oversized plastic covers may not fit securely in the holder. Standard metal-blade car keys and house keys work well.
How many keys can it hold at once?
The key turner holds one or two keys, secured in place with a single screw. Keys fold back toward the inner curved side of the holder when not in use, keeping the profile compact.
Is this recommended by occupational therapists?
Yes. Key turners are a standard adaptive daily living (ADL) tool recommended by occupational therapists for patients with arthritis, stroke, hand injuries, or other conditions that limit grip strength and fine motor control. This patented design is widely used in OT practice.
How do I attach a wrist strap or key ring?
The handle includes a pre-drilled hole at one end that accommodates a standard wrist strap, key ring, or key chain. Simply thread your preferred attachment through the hole — no tools required.
