Nebulizer therapy made easier for infants, toddlers, and young children. The Pediatric Panda Compressor Nebulizer features an adorable panda design that helps ease treatment anxiety and encourages cooperation during respiratory therapy sessions. The durable metal piston-driven compressor delivers quiet, consistent aerosol therapy, and the included pacifier applicator makes it possible to administer treatment to infants who won’t tolerate a mask. Backed by a lifetime warranty.
Note: Pacifiers sold separately (SKU: MQ0385).
What is the pacifier applicator and how does it work for infants?
The pacifier applicator is an accessory that connects to the nebulizer tubing and delivers aerosolized medication through a pacifier — allowing infants who are too young or too resistant to tolerate a mask or mouthpiece to receive nebulizer therapy in a familiar, comforting way. The pacifier itself is sold separately (SKU: MQ0385) and must be compatible with the applicator. Consult your pediatrician or respiratory therapist before using pacifier delivery to confirm it is appropriate for your infant’s age, condition, and prescribed medication.
When should I use the child mask vs the angled mouthpiece?
The child mask is recommended for infants and young children who cannot hold a mouthpiece in place or follow breathing instructions — it fits over the nose and mouth to ensure the full medication dose is inhaled. The angled mouthpiece is more appropriate for older children who can breathe through it on command and hold it in place during treatment. The mouthpiece generally delivers medication more efficiently to the lower airways with less waste than a mask. Your child’s healthcare provider can advise on the best delivery method for their age and condition.
How do I clean the nebulizer parts after each use?
After each treatment, disassemble the nebulizer cup, mask, mouthpiece, and tubing and rinse with warm water. Allow all parts to air dry completely on a clean surface before reassembling. Perform a deeper cleaning with mild dish soap or a diluted vinegar solution at least once a week. Do not submerge the compressor unit in water — wipe the exterior with a damp cloth only. Replace consumable parts as recommended in the user manual.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on the compressor unit under normal use conditions. Consumable accessories such as tubing, nebulizer cups, masks, and the pacifier applicator are not covered under the warranty. Retain your proof of purchase and refer to the included warranty documentation for full terms and instructions on how to initiate a warranty claim.
