Restore your seal, restore your therapy. This replacement seal (cushion only) is designed specifically for the Roscoe DreamEasy Full Face CPAP Mask. Made from soft, medical-grade liquid silicone, it delivers a comfortable, secure fit that minimizes air leaks and maintains effective CPAP therapy. Ideal for replacing a worn, stretched, or discolored cushion without purchasing a new mask. Seal only — mask frame and headgear are not included.
How do I know when to replace my CPAP seal?
Replace your CPAP cushion when you notice increased air leaks during therapy, visible wear, cracking, or discoloration of the silicone, or when the seal no longer conforms comfortably to your face. Most CPAP manufacturers recommend replacing cushions every 1–3 months with nightly use, as skin oils, cleaning products, and repeated compression gradually degrade the silicone and reduce its sealing effectiveness. A leaking seal reduces therapy pressure and can significantly impact the effectiveness of your CPAP treatment.
How do I choose between Medium and Large?
Size is determined by knuckle width — measure across the widest part of your hand (across the knuckles) with your fingers together. Medium fits knuckle widths up to 3-3/4"; Large fits up to 4-1/4". If you already use the DreamEasy mask, use the same size as your current cushion. If you are unsure, Medium fits most average adult faces and is a good starting point. If the Medium seal gaps at the chin or cheeks, size up to Large.
How do I install the replacement seal?
Remove the worn seal from the mask frame by gently pulling it away from the frame clips or attachment points. Align the new seal with the frame and press it firmly into place until it snaps or seats securely around the full perimeter of the frame. No tools are required. Before your next therapy session, perform a fit check by putting on the mask and running your CPAP machine at your prescribed pressure — check for air leaks around the seal perimeter and adjust the headgear tension as needed.
How do I clean and care for the silicone seal?
Wash the seal daily with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap — avoid harsh detergents, alcohol-based cleaners, or bleach, which can degrade the silicone over time. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry away from direct sunlight before reassembling. Do not use moisturizing soaps or lotions on your face before putting on the mask, as skin oils and lotions accelerate silicone breakdown and reduce seal effectiveness. Store the mask in a clean, dry location away from heat and UV exposure.
