Pump freely — no hands required. The Zomee Z2 with Hands-Free Cups combines hospital-grade double electric pumping performance with the convenience of wearable, hands-free cups that let you multitask during every session. Whether you’re working, caring for your baby, or simply going about your day, you can pump discreetly and efficiently without being tethered to a traditional setup.
Powered by Alternate Mode Technology and featuring three pumping styles — Massage, Expression, and 2-Phase mode — the Z2 delivers powerful, quiet performance in a compact, lightweight design. A Preemie setting mimics the natural feeding rhythm of a nursing baby for gentle, effective stimulation. Backed by a 2-year warranty.
How do the hands-free cups work?
The hands-free cups are wearable flanges that fit inside a standard nursing bra, holding the pump shields in place against the breast without requiring you to hold them. The tubing connects the cups to the Z2 pump unit, allowing you to move around, type, or care for your baby during a session. A well-fitting nursing bra is recommended to keep the cups securely in position.
How is this different from the Zomee Z2 Travel Bundle?
The Travel Bundle (SKU 2354) includes a carrying tote, insulated cooler bag, ice packs, and 4 milk storage bottles — making it ideal for mothers who pump away from home and need to store and transport milk. This version (SKU 2355) includes hands-free cups instead, making it the better choice for mothers who prioritize wearable, multitasking convenience over travel storage accessories.
What is the difference between Massage, Expression, and 2-Phase mode?
Massage mode uses rapid, light suction to stimulate letdown — similar to how a baby initially latches and sucks quickly. Expression mode switches to slower, deeper suction to draw out milk once letdown occurs. 2-Phase mode combines both automatically, transitioning from stimulation to expression in a single continuous session for a more natural, efficient pumping experience.
What is the Preemie setting?
The Preemie setting uses a faster, lighter suction pattern designed to replicate the shorter, more frequent sucking bursts of a premature infant. This setting can be particularly helpful for mothers of preemies who are establishing or maintaining supply while their baby is in the NICU, as it provides gentle stimulation that encourages milk production without discomfort.
